Graduation of a new group of international students at Sohar University

Sohar University celebrated on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, the graduation of a new group of international students studying Arabic language for Non-Native Speakers Program. The number of graduates was 29 from different countries. The ceremony was held in Hall I0-1 at the Learning Resource Center at the campus under the patronage of Prof. Barry Win, Vice Chancellor of Sohar University and in the presence of a number of university officials. The ceremony included a number of different and varied sections.
The graduation of this group comes after the study of two semesters which is the duration of the Arabic language for non-native speakers program. Besides learning the Arabic language, the students also learned about Omani culture and had the opportunity to visit some of the landmarks in Oman such as castles, forts and ancient markets such as Souq Muttrah; In addition to the integration with other students of the university and the Omani society in general, within a program called (language partner).
