Helpdesk
Sohar University makes extensive use of computer technology so we now provide a help desk services to SU students and SU staff
The Helpdesk finds technical solutions for users' IT problems with the help of our specialists in:
- Networking
- Hardware
- Software
The Helpdesk provides many services such as configuring the wireless connection to the laptops of the students, advise students in software installation, and in some cases help in configuration and maintenance of their own laptops.
