One of the FB staff members, Dr.Thresiamma Varghese has participated in 17th international business research conference, Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada, on 7 -8 June-2012. The paper entitled “Attitudes towards entrepreneurship among young people in Oman,” jointly written with Dr. Adil Hassan, Sohar University. This paper is an addition of research grant report, Sohar University. The authors acknowledge Research and Industrial Collaboration (RIC) of Sohar University, for the financial support they got as ‘SURGE’ fund for the completion of this project. The conference has been an intellectual hub for academics. Participants found an excellent opportunity for presenting new research, exchanging information &discussing current issues.
